I am usually the one starting this topic, since relocating away from the Westside and yet with all my whining and moaning, there hasn't been any change in over 5 years. Maybe if all of us Valley blokes keep up the noise, some entrepreneurial k-booker will give it a shot....? PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Ami still has ads on CV and use to be in the Valley but I am not sure which end of the Valley?
She's moved to E Valley sorry to say. I'd also have to say Nikki was the ultimate FBSM. Her therapeutic massage was an authentic Thai massage, and her sensual side was the most awesome. And then when you thought you were done...she'd give you another Thai massage! Though sorry to say she has just moved away. I will miss her greatly. She is the only one that I thought I would see continually for as long as possible.

They are responsible for fielding enquiries screening new clients, setting up bookings and coordinating between the Johns and the K-dolls and maintaining records including blacklisting undesirable.
I have known LA based bookers booking K-dolls in Seattle, NY . They can be in India for all that matters.
There is little chance that the owners would establish KAMPs in the Valley while they are doing well , they are able to do business with interruptions , why spread the geographical locations of their operations and wrist bigger exposure and greater danger.
The current LA locations are convenient and within 30 minutes at the most from K-Town where most of the K-dolls live, shop and eat, and commute from.
While there is no need to scatter or go underground there is very little incentive for the owners to open Valley franchises. Most of the K-dolls are here for short periods , the smart successful one save their money , commuting back and forth from the valley would be both inconvenient and costly and most important the security of the operations and the safety of the K-dolls the valley would be too far and isolated from locations where the K-dolls would easily blend without raising eye brows .
Nice thought but highly improbable .
As a former resident of the West Valley, I think it would be tough for any k-girls to open up shop there. For one -- most of the areas are family-oriented, single-home neighborhoods. Even large apartment complexes in Woodland Hills or Canoga Park tend to have many families with kids. That's not a good environment for this sort of activity and it would attract a lot of attention.
Two -- Harpman's point about distance is spot on. How do the k-dolls get from Ktown to the West Valley? That's an hour-long drive, even if it's not rush hour. Most of them don't drive, so that ain't gonna happen.
Three -- and this is just my speculation, but I think Mr. LE tends to look the other way when certain things happen in certain areas, and he pays more attention when they happen in other areas. So if you have an urban area with a lot of young people, bars, clubs, etc., that's an area where there may be more tolerance for adult fun. As opposed to West Hills, where I think it would not be tolerated for 2 seconds.
