We have gone over the whole 10 thing about a million times, so no, she probably wasn't a one in a lifetime experience for every single guy she saw.
But I'll bet she is #1 for a reason.

TER ID: 186048 is the #1 top rated provider in LA. She has a mere 25 reviews, and “Report new website URL” in both personal and ad-website categories.
Aside from the improbability of 25 out of 25 different men (6 of which with only 1 review to their credit) all finding this particular woman a “Once in a lifetime 10 - 10”; doesn’t the fact that she has no web ads or website raise any skepticism about this aggregate scoring? Or do we simply defer to the computer and the agency?

The best providers are the ones who are in just a situation as hers. She has no website up or ads because she is probably routinely taken off the market by sugar daddies who are serious spenders or guys who want a "kept" girlfriend, so to speak. I bet she is getting as much as she was from every guy from one and having to work waaaay less. And only please one man.
The fact that she has only 25 reviews which are all good tells you that she was the kind of girl who didn't have to see a million men because every one she saw became a repeat and regular client. Those girls are the ones with the total package or almost all of it, so they attract men who want them all to themselves. It's actually a niche of the business believe it or not. Not all of us are trying to see every person who offers us a booking. Some money isn't the right money and if you're smart you can select the right clients and get just as much as those who see many with like a hundredth of the work or damage to your body. Not everyone needs to be high volume to make high bucks, in "lay man's" terms, lol.
Also, the reason many of those guys have few reviews is because they never had the need to see anyone else. Amazingly, there actually are women out there who can satisfy you on so many levels, very little variety is needed. Sure, there may not be many in the world, but we do exist.
Remember, she is the highest rated, not the highest reviewed. She might pop back up but probably not for a few years. I did something similar to that myself once.

i'm seeing a lady currently who is utr, but when she was advertising in the past she was #1 on the ter list. she went utr to avoid all the fly by nights, time wasters and unknown goofballs. she built up a clientele that was happy to see her and respectful, and she didn't have to troll for $$$. in fact, she dropped a few clients when she did (for various reasons) and she's not taking new clients. a lot of ladies don't do this for a full time day job, and a lot of upper eschelon gals charge enough per client that they don't need to see 100 guys a week to make rent. i see my friend every month or so, knowing that i'm in a semi-exclusive club.
keep in mind that the girls who ask for a high rate do so to naturally screen out the cheapskates and possible pains in the butt. so if you don't feel comfortable paying a lady's rate, that's ok, find someone more in your range of affordability. and have fun. but don't think less of a lady who can command higher rates. that sounds more like envy than consumer diligence.
He mostly only sees girls at a third of Jasmine's rate;
Over 75% of her reviewers have many many other legitimate reviews yet he focuses on six that are single reviews;
She left her website up saying she will return in the future;
Think of it this way, working about 10 hours a week she makes $500,000 a year - more power to her if she decides she wants to use that level of earnings to take a break for awhile!
No doubt in my mind that she is either taking a bucket list type of vacation, working exclusively for one client, or simply not seeing any new clients because she has enough "regulars" to keep her as busy as she wants to be.
Would not surprise me at all if she ends up going completely under the radar, taking down all reviews, ads and references. Know others which have done exactly the same thing.

since TER started the Top Provider list, things have gone from bad to worse, for the
provider.
A smart consumer researches a product he is interested in.
Some of the more naive consumers (hobbyist) may believe too much in creative marketing IOL. And don't consider the product on an individual and unique bases.
I have more trust in solid providers; those with over 50 reviews in the 8 to 10 range and even the occasional 7.
To be a 10 to every man, every time, is unrealistic.
Other qualities such as chemistry, individual preferences and taste, factor into the equation.
Some of my regulars tell me that some ladies requests they write only 10 / 10 reviews, or none at all LOL!
Considering the subtle and not so subtle manipulation of scores, I honestly see no benefit in the TER Top 100 List.
Is it better for business? I am not sure, considering all the drama that's involved.
So, is it an ego thing for some providers or is this a smart way to use TER to help get US MONEY IOI?

You bring-up several good points, and I know that YOU personally DO NOT like to get 10 / 10's, and even DISCOURAGE guys from giving 10 10's! That say's plenty, as to your own credibility and sincere nature.
Yeah, it's obvious, that some providers manipulate clients to inflate scores, and some kiss-ass guys hand out 10's willy nilly.
For me, The top 100 list is a guide only. It's no big thing to get into the top 10, after 20 reviews. Eventually a perfect 10 average, is gone forever by a single 9.
As a marketing plan? I guess it works. The #1 provider in OC started at 300, soon went to 400 and quickly went to 500, all within 6 months.
So Carla, wanna be number one in LA? It's easy! Just start over with a new account and charge 300, until you get 20 reviews... You won't be the first one...
