I agree, but rates aren't going down any

I've had a couple more contacts than usual reminding me that they're available in my part of town. The thing is, I've been on a budget lately with my hobbying, plus I have a lady friend I'm seeing once in a while which fulfills a lot of my needs lately. I would still continue to see more providers, but their rates are higher than ever. I don't fully understand the mindset of raising donation fees in this economy.
