The kind you have to show your drivers license to the pharmacist to buy.  12 hour time release.  Dark room.  Big bag of ice on your face, then behind your neck.  Then hot shower on your head.  In the shower suck and spit, suck and spit.  Back to the icebag.  Alternate.  Use a vibrator on your forehead. Get someone with strong hands to massage your head and shoulders.  (I have pretty strong hands, myself...)
