What percentage of the time does your provider cancel? Not run late, just flat out cancel.  It could be to sickness, time of the month, family issues etc.  My experience so far seems to point to about 15 to 20% with about 50 appointments to date. In most cases, we have rescheduled. Seems like it doesn't matter if they are visiting, independent, agency, booker, etc.  I have never had a problem rescheduling, so it is not a change of heart.   I have a pretty tight schedule due to work, SO, vacations, and softball. Personally, I have canceled once due to illness and rescheduled.
