I just cannot figure out why one provider would take on the former phone number from another one, particularly if that other provider has been rated poorly.

A TER check of the phone number turns up a totally different girl (TER 124269), who is reviewed negatively and had posted on BP at:

Now, this same girl (or the exact same pics as TER 124269) has a new name and phone number posted under:
http://losangeles.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts/electrifying-time/11326391

I just don't get it.
