Be willing to get verified by providing employer info, membership with a verification service, etc.  AFAIK there is no list of providers where newbie friendly = naively trusting.

You can get a lot of ladies that will take newbies there that are safe.
And then you will build a network of references, very useful later.

Any girl will to see you should be requesting:

1. Work info
2. ID/Biz card
3. Links to Facebook or Linkden profiles

All a minimum requirement.
