When u see the caption, "Photo's by City-Source", they have been taken by the person who owns City-Source.  I happen to know him personally and he doesn't photo-shop to my knowledge.

Not necessarily. Sometimes there is another caption that I tend to believe more "Photos VERIFIED by City Source". To the OP, one way to find out is to TOFTT.

Photo's verified used to be that the lady had been met by City-Source.  Can't say for sure if that still happens.  I can say for sure that if says photo's are by City-Source, they were taken by the owner.

"Photos VERIFIED by City Source" means, the lady has sent in an original photo of herself, as well a photo that isn't blurred but is also used on her ad. They compare the two photos to make sure it's the actual person and not someone using someone else's photos. Something similar to what Eros do when someone wants to get their ad authenticated.
