The type of photos that stimulate the eyes will usually show some type of curves naturally or by way of poses, imho. I'd also like to add that some women have the ability to seduce the viewer with a particular look they give. Also, certain looks or wardrobe might catch the interest of potential clients (i.e., fetish, classic cocktail dress, etc.).

Your cupcake photo is a good example of what works - playful, sexy, a little naughty maybe, and cupcakes - yum! :P

Dislike: resting bitch face

Like: At least a few photos with smiling eyes and smiles.  And sexy poses, like face down ass up.  

It may not be accurate, but a picture gives me a hint of her personality.
Some girls have photos that really convey their bubbly fun-ness.  

I only book girls who are known to be light hearted.  
I know it's a shitty job; I want girls who can genuinely smile and enjoy it.

Pictures that are clearly not airbrushed win favor, because so many providers seems to have partial body shots and touched up pictures. Straight forward shots if standing up full body shot are great. Skirt pictures. Everyday shots.
