I have to share this story... I hired a personal ass't from the hobby. I had never seen this person IN the hobby. But in the end it was the closest I ever came to being busted by my so for my hobby activities. What went wrong... first I had a history talking to this person for some time befog I hired her. So when people asks how did we meet I had problems finding a civie based story. As with an affair it is the subtle thinks that blow your cover. I suppose I made errors in introducing this person into the company but I thought why should this be any different than any other hiring. I was wrong.. I suggest laying a foundation of a need an looking for others first before making a decision. In my case I did it out of frustration with my current employee who was a friend of my so. Just be careful guys. The hobby is way easier than real life
