What an unhappy ending for everyone involved!

I don't know how the British courts work, but I'm sure a good lawyer could argue that she had no idea that money was stolen (if she really didn't) so she is not responsible to pay it back to them.  Will they also be suing all the restaurants and clothing stores he visited for the money he spent there?  Lol!

Let us remember that there is never any need to be overly-greedy with anything, be it food, money, sex, etc.  Keep yourselves in check people!  If you are going to commit a crime like that, at least exercise restraint so you don't throw up a bunch of red flags.  Seems like common sense to me but then again, someone with common sense would not be stealing such large sums of money from a large corporation with deep pockets in the first place.  Right?

Don't know how many of you saw this story:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8760023/Toys-R-Us-director-paid-prostitute-20000-a-week.html

And English 'director' for Toys R Us stole millions of dollars (pounds really) from the company in part to pay an escort, get this, $31,000 a week.   As the judge questioned her about her rates, she replied, "It wasn't me that was putting the worth on that. It was Mr. Hopes paying what he thought it was worth."

LMAO.  He had a really high opinion of her I guess.   But then, if you do the math, that's only $184.52 per hour... for a 24/7 week.   No days off though!   I know a few of you lovely ladies out there are worth it... but yeesh.

Now he's divorced, in jail, on the hook for the money he stole, and the company is suing the escort to get the money back!

So the moral is... let's enjoy this hobby, but not go overboard.
