the new TER is hard to read, hard to navigate and instead of building up new traffic, it has killed it. All I see now on this board are ads and a few request for information....

is it me or are the boards slower since the launch?
it looks like people are not posting as much or as often. I guess its part if the learning curve, were all just getting used to the new format.
the good of the new format -- able to see more topics on a single page -- to me is outweighed by the bad -- having to click on each topic to see what sort of replies are being made (and by whom). My memory isn't able to remember how many replies were posted the last time I looked at a thread to see whether I might want to take another look at it, so I often just skip it. JMHO.
I agree. Almost 100% of the feedback on the new format has been negative. Maybe if we communicate our feelings to the administrators, they'll go back to the original format OR just modify so as to keep it close to the original. Ciao
They've shown they just weren't listening to the customer, for whatever reason. Since ALL of these same complaints were clearly articulated by dozens of people when the beta site was put online, I can only assume they either don't care, or they think they know better.
As a result, I already cancelled my VIP membership and don't plan on spending much time here in the future. It's just too cumbersome and time-consuming to try to navigate this mess and read the tiny print. I've enjoyed the discussion boards, but was spending too much time here. Thanks to the new web site, they've made my decision to move on much easier.
This is an alias, but I've been here since Dec. 1999, and was first a member in 2001, so I've pretty much seen it all. Despite that, I have no explanation for why they'd blatantly ignore all of our comments during the beta test phase, and then launch with the same exact site that nearly everybody disliked.
I can navigate the new site - but all of te text is German and there is seemingly no way to fix it since the UK flag symbol for the AEnglish version page link doesn't work
