is it really toftt if you get the lead from city-source?

seriously, does anyone think that city-source's "policy" of vetting providers helps to improve odds against B&S, flake-factor, etc?

there have been plenty of flakes and fakes on CS throught the years.

Just not as high of a percentage as other sites.

Only the best on CS...

CS is my first choice when I look for high end talent.  I only see providers from other sites if they are recommended to me by a provider or a trusted hobbyist but with CS I am always confident to TOFTT and it has always paid off.

I just had a NCNS from a city-source lady

She had a couple 9/9 reviews from TER regulars, but was a NCNS. I'll give it a couple days to see if I get some explanation before I give a name.
