You have every right to be pissed off -- there is no question of that. BUT.... There just may be an explanation that could remove the taint from this reviewer. Let me give you an example....
A couple of years ago, I had seem a very nice FBSM gal in the valley. She doesn't like reviews and she is very selective. I had seen her three or four times, and each time it was a great session. I was hoping to establish a long-term thing with her, because I frequently like a FBSM by a certified masseuse, with a very happy hj ending.
Anyway, I had booked a post-work hour and a half session, and was sitting in my office waiting for the the clock to run out on another boring work day, dreaming about this young lady.
Time passes, I head out in my car, on my way to 90 minutes of bliss. I am on Riverside near Coldwater and -- POW -- a guy in a motorcycle runs a red light, smashes into my car, hitting the front end. The guy on the bike goes flying into the air, rolls, lands, unconcsious. My car is totalled, but I am pretty much ok -- except I cannot find my cell phone, which is, as it turns out, in a mash of metal of what's left of the front end of my car.
But who cares, right, because I have to run over to this poor guy on the bike and make sure he's not dead. Other motorists quickly call 9-1-1-, the biker is unconscious, but not bleeding as far as I can see, and breathing regularly. I and the others who have stopped decide it is best not to touch him or take his helmet off in case of spinal/neck damage, and just put a blanket over him to keep him from going into shock. The ambulance comes, they cart him off (he lived, actually, and had minor internal injuries and a few minor broken bones -- lucky guy), I call a cab after lengthy questioning by the police (lucky for me other motorists saw the accident, saw the guy run a red light).
But my cell phone is somewhere in the car, never to be seen by me again, and I cannot call this young lady to cancel or alert her to my problem -- I don't know her number off hand and cannot ask the cops to use their on-board computer to check THATMALL to get her number, right?
I go to Verizon, get a new phone, and get this really, really angry voice mail from the young lady in question: "How dare you stand me up! Who do you think you are!" and so on.... It was so angry and vitriolic that I did not bother to call her back -- I just gave up on her....
So, all I am saying is, wait til you hear his side of the story.
And if there is no side of the story, then certainly address this guy -- i.e., out him -- on the providers' board.
