I'm not a good example as I'm not married. But I've been with the GF for 5+ years and I can tell you that yes the sex and BJ's get less frequent.

Most of my prior GF's liked sucking cock and a few prided themselves on thier BJ's and getting 3-5 a week was common.  But most of these relationships though lasted 3-8 months when you're in the 'honeymoon' phase of a relationship and invariably you're going to be at your most frequently sexually active anyway.

The other reason though is I'm not much for BJ's. I don't mind it as part of foreplay and I'm happy to go down on my GF's in return but I'm all about making out and screwing. I can honestly only think of 3-4 girls (total between providers and civvies) I've been with who truly gave me stellar we-can-hold-the-sex-for-tonight type blowjobs. The rest have been... "that's nice and all honey... can we fuck now?"  

So yeah I'd say BJ wise my current GF went from maybe twice a month to now... maybe twice a year. But luckily she prefers straight sex over oral too so we have sex a lot more often than that but still nothing compared to our first 6 months of dating!
