This disclaimer useful to providers?

In Texas I was once asked by a provider to give such disclaimer:
"I hereby declare that I am not police, nor represent any LE agency."
She said no LE would ever issue such a stmt in writings, and thus it's for her peace of mind.
Is this necessary or helpful in LA?

Supreme Court has made it clear LE can lie about anything they want to elicit an arrest or confession!

Get undressed with the provider and be fully nude in their attempt to ticket the her. They do not have to disclose if they are LE when asked, that is an old myth.

I met a provider in TX who was arrested after they were both in bed naked and rolling around. In some cases, it has been known for cops to actually have sex.
