How should I ask her?

If I ask her for a date, she will definitely turn me down based on her lack of interest before.  I don't want to ask her out then, if she declines, then set up an appointment.  If I see her as an escort, I'd say that there is a 75% chance that she'll recognize me and might be uncomfortable but might not be.  

Should I contact her and pretend that I don't recognize her?

I'd leave her alone.  I mean, you could ask her on a date and let her say yes or no.  But if you let her know you know she works as an escort, the only result can be embarrassment.  I'd leave that part of it alone.

If there is an escort add that you are interested in call her. If she is the same girl as the one in the elevator that's your good luck and if it is a problem for her that's her problem.

I would book a 1 hour appointment, then it gives you time to get over the HOLY CRAP I KNOW YOU bull, and then get down to business. If she is a real professional, she will have no problems with it.

Good thought. I don't want her to think I am a stalker.  I saw her ad by accident.  I also never asked her out.  There just wasn't the interest on her part so I didn't ask.

There is someone I've known for a few years now, she's smoking hot, and without going into detail, always suspected she might have some experience with the girl biz, but I let it go.

So, of course, turns out that not only did she buy an AMP, she also provides to high rolling customers (and how!, according to the reports).
