I remember the days of Cityvibe being a gold mine...especially for K Girls. Backpage had some good ones too.  

After CV went dark, the Kgirl orgs had no central ad board, so over the next few months, the individual orgs created their own websites.  You can get a lot of the names off of the Kgirl board here on TER, or ad links on their TER profiles.  It takes a lot more effort now, but the quality has improved as the various orgs became more competitive.
