I'm looking for help with verification on MyPlatinumProvider. I started by sending an email to their "info" address about a week ago but got an "unattended" reply. So I then filled out their online form. On Tuesday I got an email saying my original email was blank(?) to which I replied, but since then, crickets. If sites like MPP deny verification, do they usually let you know? If anyone has advice, or better yet, if anyone from MPP reads this, please ping me on TER email. Thanks!
