Is being ACCIDENTALLY flashed by a woman, where she is unaware that she is displaying the goods.  It could be a wardrobe malfunction or just a tight skirt awkwardly getting out of a car.  If its intentional, which has also happened to me, then I would consider it to be a sexual overture, and outside your parameters.  

 
A close second is watching the naked profile of a woman through a steam-covered shower door as she cleans herself in preparation for what is to come.  With certain women (but not all) that move in an elegant and sensuous way, its even more arousing than being inside the shower with them.  

Just something of the brush going thru the strands.... ummm...excuse me a minute.
