She is looking for the big tip .She may act like she speaks little english but one thing she knows is how to get americans thinking they will get more but all shes after is the big tip ,Shes just like strippers they tell you what you want to hear but just want the lap dances .If it was me id blow her off next time and see another manicurist just to mess with her head and it will send a message to her  that your not going to mess with me .Then see what she does .

I have been going to a nail salon in the area for a while now. The other day I dropped in for a manicure and all the ladies were busy, except for one. She is a very, very cute, young, Vietnamese girl (aren't they all?). Anyway, long story short, she gave me a manicure and while she was massaging my arm she seemed to make sure my hand brushed against her breast. This happened two or three times. She told me that she had seen me a couple of times in the salon. Told me she was going to go to school and study nursing. Said she was from Ho Chi Minh City and had been living in Los Angeles for two years. Asked me if I lived close to the salon (I told her I do live nearby), etc.

After a while, she looked down at the floor and giggled a little. I asked her what was so funny and she said, "I thought I would peek at your feet." (I was wearing my shoes). She tried to talk me into a pedicure, but I didn't have the time or the inclination to have that done. I thought about all this later and decided to go for the pedicure the next day.

Again, the same thing happened. While massaging my leg, she brushed each foot gently against her breasts. She noticed that I noticed, but didn't say anything. I usually don't go for Asians but she is very, very cute.

I am just wondering if anyone has encountered a nail salon worker that they would like to...er, 'nail'? I am not sure if I should follow up with this or not. Somehow, I think this could lead to nothing but trouble. Also, most of the girls work long hours for very little pay and I don't want to take advantage of their circumstances.

I am just curious to know if anyone has had experience with nail salon employees who provide or work under the radar. Also, my girlfriend goes to the same salon. Another reason the stay on the straight and narrow, I suppose.

Not the one between your legs either.  I used to go to one down in the Southbay.  Whenever I was with the SO she was very flirty and did the "brush" job.  Even asked if I wanted a back massage. They had a small room set up to do that there.  When I would go solo she was less flirtatious and sometimes was just plain rude.  
Her job is to do your nails and get you to buy more services.  She gets a commission.  Her motivation is to get you to give her a TIP $$.

This worked for me exactly once, about 10 years ago.

I tried it another time, misread the signals and was rebuffed in a rather clear way "We no do that here!!"  ... so it could go either way.
