Quite difficult to find a provider around here that's not a spa, and considering the raids going on, there's no way I'm going anytime soon. Are there any recommendations for independent providers who reside in Monrovia/Arcadia?

I would strongly suggest Ashley Shye (former porn star).  She sees clients in those areas all the time.  Best BBBJ.  Its her specialty.  She doesn't reside in Monrovia or Arcadia, but as I said she sees clients in those areas regularly.  PM me if u have questions.
