Wow...I just realized that I have been hobbying now for exactly a year and 1 month....where did the time and money go???When does one realize that they are not a newbie anymore in this hobby? Because I sometimes feel like I am.
I remember the first time I had the courage to call a provider when I was in Seattle, I was a mumbling, incoherent fool when I spoke lol! Now all I have to do is text my favorite booker and BAM...I don't even have to knock anymore....
Even though I USUALLY see k-girls, there is the longing for exploration in other ethnicities...In the civie world, I have dated all the races but never got to sleep with all of them..(Does that even make sense?)...ahahah...but here in the hobby world..the potential..my oh my the potential!
But I digress, as the year has gone by, I am glad that TER and the hobbyists here have provided me with solid info to where I have not had one bad session! I have met some great, intelligent people (especially one)...and have really had a great time.
For me, it is weird how I am able to separate the hobby vs the real life....I know for many of us out there, we have SO's to take care of as well, and I am truly surprised how my hobbying has actually given me a stable homelife..(It's weird that SO doesn't ask where I have been for 4 hours or 1 hour...maybe I should be worried?)....hmmm...but I digress...
Am I putting too much on this? Hahah...really I probably am..but I hope you guys find it a good read at least. So after a year, what did some of you feel? if any feelings at all? To tell you the truth, I really have much much respect for the providers out there that have to put up with our horny asses.
When I first started, I was unsure, and all I wanted to do was bust the nut (Which is the main purpose isnt it?)..but now...it's more of the slow session..the GFE thing...The thing's you missed before you got married so to speak..( Even though I have a healthy and happy married life)..I still have the urge to see that different girl and "sow my oats"...
I am rambling aren't I? who cares! read this to enjoy! Provoke some thoughts in your heads, flame me, flame your mom, I don't care lol! BUt all in all happy hobbying and be safe out there!
As I celebrate being in this hobby for 1 year (Not with the wife of course..)..I thanks you all!

I hope so! Things always turn right side up in this world we call "Hobbying"...I know that, as long as I meet and talk to the right people here or elsewhere I can keep a level head.
This hobby can lead many in a situation that they can find themselves unable to cope with or get out of and may cause very serious consequences...It nearly happened to me and I learned from it!
Keep things in perspective and enjoy the fantasy and know the boundaries. Me and another member were PMing (Is that how that's abbreviated???) about the results of certain situations in this hobby and it brought a new perspective for me.
Being into this hobby for a year, you DO learn a lot of things !!! All in all, just enjoy the time and company! That is what I have done and loving every moment spent with ATF and my SO.
Beemer Congratulations on achieving your "right of passage" in this hobby, you seem to have had a smooth path and a balanced attitude.
When I started which is longer than I came to remember it was singularly a lonely secret endeavor on a minefield with never ending ROBes , bait and switches , flakes , LE paranoia with the odd positive experience . Was not the best of baptisms in a loners activity. Some would call it paying one dues ....and at what cost.
Fast forward 12 years and the situation is completely transformed. The cost is still high if not higher but so are the pleasures I am beneficiary of. Independents at first , especially some wonderful MILF, and then the skies "started raining K-girls " and the floods have never subsided.
TER community, particularly the self-help pages and discussion pages, helped introduce me to the culture , made me better informed and equipped to navigate my way through the pitfall and sufficiently empowered me to gain the necessary confidence to hobby to my hearts consent.
I would like to think that I have been fair ,generous , courteous and respectful both to the providers , the bookers and fellow hobbyist. Hopefully I would not be judged too harshly for my failings and shortcomings.
After all this time I am ad excited and positive about this hobby , totally consumed by the fantasy world begins behind Lohan's walls (concession to Beemer) and ends as you step out their doors. I am indeed going confident enough to compile my top 10 current CV goddesses while at the sometime fulfilling my obligation to my civy life in the real world.

& I couldn't have said it better myself. I have been doing this for a couple of years & I have found that I have an immense amount of respect for the providers. Not only that, thanks to these boards & this community, I have finally figured out that I'm not the perv I thought I was & I am actually NORMAL!! Imagine that!! It's made my relationship MUCH BETTER even though she doesn't know why!!! Without this hobby & such great GFE ++ providers I may not be married because I was missing an important part of a relationship, but I didn't want to throw away 23+ years. I really thought I was the only one out there ---------- on a deserted island so to speak------ until I discovered TER & the GREAT PROVIDERS & comraderie of the guys on here. Thanks to all!!

I can assure you time goes by at an accelerating rate as you get older. After 9/11 I decided to do more to enjoy life and I am glad I did because those past ten years have FLOWN by and they are never coming back.
