I, too, had a tissue tear from BBBJ with braces a few years ago. It was serious and kept me out of action for nearly 3 weeks, not to mention the fact that it stopped the session in its tracks.  As O.B. says, proceed with caution.

The braces are on the front of the teeth and the cock goes across the top and the bottom of the teeth. I had my braces while I was at provider and I never heard anybody with them.
