I have a theory as to why it's down.  Backpage is folding its operation and so many providers are moving to CV and/or Redbook.  I don't think they can handle all the new providers.  
Anyone else have any other theories?

CV goes down now and again usually when they updating something on there back end. Eros-guide will be going down later tonight to for maintenance and again backend updating. Hopefully Eros will straighten some issues that have been bothersome for awhile. Bp isn't going anywhere they won one of the lawsuits against them a few weeks ago.
