Trying to plan an April visit to LA
Please pm me with the best locations to stay at. I prefer to be very close to the action. While I know I can get a better deal near the airport; I would rather spend a few extra dollars to walk out the front door and feel happy to be where I am. Keep in mind I am from Boston and have never been to LA. Also, my sense of direction is nothing like my sense of orgasmic pleasure. That being said, I get lost very easily outside my own comfort zone. Thanks for any help you might be willing to give me. Please do not post hotels directly on the board. I would prefer PM's so LE isn't awaiting my arrival.

Stay near Downtown LA, more choices in public transportation, plus much more to do, eat, and sight see. To get to West Hollywood take the Red Line (Subway) and people watch, Grauman/Mann/TLC Chinese theater to see the cement imprints of Stars, hop on in über for a visit to Griffith Observatory, another ride to Muscle Beach (Venice Beach) .... Dining options are far too many to list here. Shopping too. If you are able to drive, you can go skiing in the morning, sand surfing in the afternoon, and water surfing / dining by the beach in the evening. Thanks again xo Erin
