Give an example of something that has made you scratch your head, laughed out loud inappropriately, or snickered while nobody else saw the humor.

Woodie Harrelson's character "Tallahassee" says "Snowballs.  I hate Goddamn Snowballs.  I want a fuckin' Twinkie"....

don't know if this qualifies because i saw this film on dvd by myself, but...

when vince vaughn was sitting at the bar being ready to quite because his dodgeball team was losing, and lance armstrong sat next to him and said something like, "yeah, well, i know, when i was diagnosed with brain, lung, and testicular cancer all at the same time, but with the support of family and friends, i went on to win the tour de france 5 times, but yeah, i am sure that you have a good reason to quit."

i literally -- and i literally mean literally -- fell out of my chair onto the floor laughing.

another great line from that film:  rip torn in a wheelchair:  "if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball" before he starts hurling pipe wrenches at the team.

I saw Kramer on David letterman the first time he was ever on the show. I think Seinfeld had just started. Seemed like no one got his humor but I was cracking up and crying in my seat.

The first is from the TV show Frazier, where the younger brother, Niles, a psychiatrist, never learned to ride a bicycle as a child, so takes it up as an adult. He goes to the park with his new bicycle, and very shakily navigates around the park until he runs into a tree. From there on out, no matter how hard he tried to ignore that one tree, and ride away from it, he would end up crashing into it again, and again. Each time I knew it was coming, just by the look in his eyes, and yet I couldn't stop from laughing until it hurt.

The other is the clip of Robin Williams DATYing.

you remind me of two similar instances that always make me laugh out loud...

speaking of frasier, the episode where his new station manager is gay and thinks frasier is coming on to him (but of course he's just kissing up to the new boss) is so well written, and so hilarious.  classic misinformational farce.

and speaking of robin williams, his bit on the invention of golf is hilarious, not the least of which is hearing him swear in a scottish accent over and over again!

Didn't see that episode of Frasier, but got a great laugh at the converging images of my grandfather, who was a Scot, and Robin Williams swearing in a Scottish accent. Thanks!
