There have been some discussions and debates on this Board. Tonight MSNBC will showcase this topic at 6 to 11 PM. Hopefully it will give answers to many questions raised here.

They don't care about answers. They only care about ratings.
Look for the show to be slanted and filled with disinformation and theatrics designed to shock the general public.

There's been TONS of investigative reports by various media on the sex trafficking thing.  It's ongoing, it's out there, and there's a lot of really crazy shit that goes on -- it's slavery.  But the debates and arguments on this board have been about one specific target -- K-girls.  And I know for a FACT that these girls come here by choice, they are not "trafficked" as some would be led to believe.  I've known girls who come here and work, go home for a few months, and come back.  I talk to them, I've had personal phone numbers, exchanged emails.  They can come and go as they please.  I've taken some out for dinner.   They can go home if they feel they are not cut out for it, I've seen girls show up for a week and go home.  They have different reasons for doing what they do, but it's on a voluntary basis.  The negativity brought upon them is sheer competition, by other providers.  K-girl agencies provide a spectacular service for a rate that is hard to compete with.  Of course it's a case by case thing, I've had some bad k-girl providers, but I've had bad local girl providers who charge twice as much.  I'm really tired of all the back and forth with this stuff.  So everybody just drop it.
