I would contact the reviewer directly and very politely ask them to remove the review. If that doesn't work, I would then contact TER and explain the situation to them and ask them to remove the review, but do it politely. By contacting the reviewer first directly, you have better leverage with TER.  
I have helped a provider this way and it has worked.

Contact the fake reviewer via PM and ask for them to tell you about your location, apt or hotel you book out of and when they they visited you. Also, contact ter and let them know about the fake review and that you have notify the reviewer. If they did not visit you then they won't reply. You'll then contact ter via "contact us" again and let them know he did not respond. They will then contact him and when he doesn't reply to them they will remove the review. I've had numerous fake reviews and TER is always very prompt on handle  and remove them. You do need to stay on top of it and if they didn't contact you back, then contact them again. Sometimes things get lost in cybrspace. P.S. Be sure to be polite and courteous with your inquiries!

looks his review of Shea is also fake. Shea left months ago.

He actually wrote you a nice review. If you look at his other reviews you will see he is generally a lower grader than some of your other reviewers.

For access to the PO board. As Adora said you need 3 reviews and a posting history. You have the reviews. Maybe when you asked for access you weren't posting much. Now that you are posting a lot, ask again.

an Arabian model who goes by the name of of Rain Madeleine and at first thought that he might have given you a lower score for using a fake photo...though his review made no mention of it.

Give the guy a break, after all he's a Latex Salesman and has issues with shrinkage!

Sarah is just trying to be honest. regardless of good or bad review. you don't have to ridicule her. besides ; what If the next one is bad. it so obvious his reviews are fake.

as far as looks that's something very subjective. YMMV.

You would probably have seen she said a 7/7 is a great score for a masseuse.  Why is everybody beating up on this lady?  She asked a fairly straight forward question and you guys go at her like a pack of Jackals.  She wants a fake review removed, tell her how to go about it - let TER decide if its fake or not.  Thats not your job.

Perhaps she could be of help.
