As long as there is a valid web ad, I would be surprised if TER pulls a review because someone claims it is invalid because she is no longer active. Same as fake reviews. Hard to "prove" that unless it is copied from another review. There is no such thing as a 90 day rule. How would that be enforced? How would anyone know when the session actually took place, if it took place at all? Again, TER could not validate that and as long as the ad is still up, does it matter if the review was for a session that took place a year ago?
I agree there are numerous questionable reviews out there, but don't expect that they will be pulled just because we think they're bogus. In this case, there is little "harm" since hobbyists would soon find out that either the number is disconnected, has a different owner, or the provider is no longer available.
The bigger problem are the shill reviews or even those "legitimate" reviews that give 9's to everyone they review.

TER does remove bogus reviews especially when the providers challenge them, I am sure Fiddy might be able to testify to that. I know that there were several yanked this including ones of Pia, SeeLA & at least 2 of Lohan ,however cant post because links no longer work.

When I saw the review this morning I gave a quick thought to pm'ing the guy and telling him he was an asshole for writing a bogus review since she's been gone for a long time and I assume is not back.
