It would be the result of Ashley saying no more,  because I've totally spoiled her and she says no man could ever make her feel that fantastic ever again.  

 
Now to reality.....
It would be creating a fair and equitable tax system.  Giving every child the opportunity of receiving a quality education; and a fair chance at an equitable job paying a decent wage.  

Developing an anti-viral immunization program that eliminates the inconvenient (colds) to the deadly (Ebola hemorrhagic fever, HIV, etc.) that the anti-vaccine idiots recognize scientific facts and shut up.

I'd rather be rich and UTR.  But if I had to choose, probably a sports figure e.g. Jeter.  Fans respect you, and they mostly leave you alone once you retire.
