Most incall places that multiple providers share end up being a revolving door which I don't think is the best idea
That depends very much on the two people sharing it. I have done it before. Worked out really well. The lease was in my name, and I never had an issue. I have a full-time job, so I am not in need of much time in this regard. Wouldn't really need it at all, but I have a couple of regular clients who would prefer an apartment to go to rather than a hotel. Like many things in life, there are many different scenarios that could play out. But, thanks for your input.
