that after spending time managing the search feature many times to identify just the right qualities and thinking I have them all in my Favorites file, I'll go into some obscure part of TER, like someones set of reviews, and find someone who's perfect that completely escaped detection before. It's like looking down and seeing a diamond.  Don't know how or why that happens, but always a pleasant surprise.
