most don't understand the thrust of the new law.  It makes the ADVERTISING PLATFORM responsible and liable for illegal activities being advertised there.  Hobbyists and providers have the same risks of engagement in illegal P4P they had before, no more, no less.  With that said, I haven't used THATMALL, so I don't now how they operate.  If you are booking on the Mall's website who then sets up the appointment, then Yes, there might be additional risk of the Mall throwing you under the bus if THEY get busted under the new law.  However, if you are just contacting the girl directly and the mall is not privy to the information exchange with the provider, the risk does not increase just because you found your provider there.  This is the challenge LE will have in enforcing the law.  They first have to arrest a john and a hooker for P4P, then they have to get evidence that the activity was facilitated by ThatMall.   This may be more complicated in practice than anyone thought when they were passing the law.  It may turn out to be a dog with no teeth  (just a lot of noise) that looked better on paper.

Yes, when you use ThatMall you contact the lady directly.  Also, ThatMall has always checked ladies out very carefully before allowing them to place an ad to ensure that are who they say they are, are of legal age, and doing it of their own free will.  She carefully manages every aspect of the site herself, this is also why it has stayed relatively small.  So that site might be fine.  Also new sites are picking up ads here from overseas with .ch and other such domains.

It’s a great site that brings quality clients and I believe the reason that they are still around is because they do require. Edification of all the ladies on the site.
