What would you have done in this situation?

I set an appointment thru a booker to see a new girl that the booker ( a she) had just taken on. The provider had no reviews or history other than a pic posted on BP. Now I have used the booker once before and everything went without a hitch. That provider had reviews and I  had a great time. Well, the booker has a few other girls she books for and texts me their names. So I did a little research and decided on a particular lady. She wasn't available the day I wanted to meet but sent me a pic of the new girl. Pic is good so I figure what the hell I will go for it a day or so later. The booker tells me the provider will contact me later that day by text. I am a patient guy, but the night before I have not received a confirmation from the provider. I shoot a text to the booker. A few minutes later I get a text from a provider with a different handle. I asked how she got my phone number and she referred to the booker’s name correctly. I text the booker to be sure this is the girl and she explained that to get her new girl up and running, she posted a quick pic on BP under a different handle. Now the posted pic did match what had been sent a day earlier. I feel comfortable that all is okay as I have used the booker before and it is my belief that the booker knows her personally.

The following day I am expecting to get the incall info from the provider. It is now 3 hours before the late afternoon date.  I text the provider and the booker as there has been no contact for the incall info. The provider responds and gives the incall info, which is a nice hotel. The booker has yet to respond. A 1/2 hour before the session the provider asks to delay for a 1/2 hour. No Biggie.  I figure this is legit as a sting operation would probably not be late. Within minutes, the booker texts me to find out if the provider ever contacted me and used these words "honestly getting annoyed with the chase" (she is referring to getting a response from the provider).  So I am feeling a bit duped at this point. I have a booker that referred me to someone she doesn't even know.  Immediately, I text the booker the big question, "Do you know for sure that the Provider is not Law Enforcement?" I got no response. I text again, "Is this provider safe and not LE ? Do you know that for sure? I got no response.  Then I text, "Your lack of response is making me feel uncomfortable". The provider ask me to call the booker and I did. No response.

I then cancelled the appointment with both of them telling them the lack of communication between them is uneasy and not worth the risk.  I offer to pay the provider for her time, as I do feel bad for her loss but not at that location. Turns out the booker did refer me to someone that she didn't really know. I would never have agreed to see that girl had I known that. Safety first. I have communicated with the "would be" provider since and she is probably not LE, but who knows what other issues there are. She was not responsive to begin with.  I told her if she makes her way out to my area I will meet her at a public place and pay her. Now she is thinking for her safety wondering if I am legit, which I agree with. It boiled down to horrible communication between booker and provider as the booker has another job and was unable to respond at the time I pulled the plug.

I assume most of you would not have been in this situation without the reviews but what would you have done had you been in this situation?

All the miscommunition between all involved seems a bit off.  Not sure LE is involved, but it didn't sound like very smooth running.  Not very professional for a booker to vouch for someone  they don't know much about.  I probably would have bailed too.   Maybe give it another try if it truly sounds like they've worked the bugs out of the process.

never recommend a person I don't know since it puts also my reputation at stake

That is totally unprofessional by the booker to refer a lady to you she does not even know.
If the booker was good at her primary job she would not need a second job.

You are not under an obligation to pay anyone. The booker did not do her job. The provider did not provide anything.  Why pay for their mistake?

You were in contact with too many people in setting this date up. Giving your phone number to another lady is just plain careless.

My Advice is to avoid bookers like that and deal directly with the lady. It makes everything easier and more enjoyable

However, several providers I have seen on P411 use bookers for screening purposes and what not. When their TER profile say independent it doesn't mean they don't have a booker. Most bookers have been very good actually and generally respond quickly. I generally prefer dealing direct though.

Booker screwed up big time, and you, IMHO, hung on too long.  RT

I never put my reputation on the line...I always do a full face to face interview with the ladies who wish to be associated with us, and we have a training program for all ladies too.

Agency cannot always be responsibly for slow or crossed wire communication, but certainly then can and should have meet the provider and understood their level of commitment to the clients need.

I do.
I vouch for everyone of the people who I associate with
