You read reviews until you find a girl you see forms long lasting relatonships with her clients so you can see she understands and respects boundries ...  

My personal newbie screening is: Full name, company you work for, an external phone number where I can ask for you and be transfered to you.  Until we know you are safe and will not cut us up into little pieces, YOU have to know that if you DO cut us up into little pieces, you will be found.

On a nicer note, once you have been screened by a reputable girl, she can be a reference for future dates and you can avoid having to go through this again.  And keep in mind, if you do in fact take your chances with a girl who is willing to see you without a good screening, there is a chance she will get busted and your contact information will be in her phone.  You are much safer developing relationships with ladies who are 100% careful about who they see.

Personally, I whitelist and gentleman I wold be interested in seeing again so that other providers know I have seen him and enjoyed his company.
