So like everything changed with that moral law Hofta or whatever? They took over backpage and told TER and other sites too better watch it, right?

But driving by Sepulveda Blvd., where the sw used to be back in the day.  There is a van with a sign  for backpagepro.org.
There is also a another van or same van by a strip club in North Hollywood.  I would get home and type craigslistpro, until I try to remember it right. LOL.
Anyway, my question is how come there are other sites that deal with this subject, rub downs, reviews, etc?
Is it that TER could still be doing the same thing as before or in a more subtle way? Or is it that TER chooses not to do it because it is afraid of the Federal Government? What's the answer? I don't know.

what the motivations might be for the owners of various sex sites.  Just like hobbyists who partake in BBFS, and married men who see providers, each site owner has determined their own level of risk tolerance that they are comfortable with based on how they  are situated within the industry.   As the "grande dame" of review sites, TER is in a different position than many of the upstart sites.  This is just my opinion, but I believe TER is playing the long game and would rather limit their risk now in order to insure their survival for the long term.  This means being under the radar until some OTHER site has been charged under FOSTA/SESTA and tests the constitutionality of the new laws up through the court system.
