It's approximately 60 miles east of Santa Monica.

not much to see and do in Ontario.  just stay in Santa Monica. got the beach.  can easily get to Venice and Marina Del Rey.  quick drive north to Malibu.  then if you want to do the Beverly Hills & Hollywood thing it's not too far.  neither is downtown, depending on the time of day.  just jump on the 10 freeway and head straight east to downtown.

That Ontario isnt LA. What I ment was when I am in LA or California in gen, I get lost as its such a big place. Arizona, is very simple to get around. Once city leads to the next. Unlike cali when one road leads you to whom know where.

Kind of like comparing Scottsdale to Goodyear AZ. Get over your fears of navigation and go to Santa Monica or West LA
