For about 30min I could not login to TER......So I ten did the whole "I forgot my email address" but nothing every showed in my inbox threw email...I panicd! Now all the sudden it works though...Strange. I was freaked out because i thought I was hacked.

O well...All is good now.

I had this last week for 3 days. There is no way to contact Customer Service directly unless you are a member.

 So i checked all my emails and could contact them. But could log on only after 3 days...customer service could not figure out what went wrong!

I tried logging into my account like 20 times and it would NOT let me!  Argh!  It was frustrating!

I had the same problem when they first switched to the new TER layout.  At first I was beginning to wonder if I had early stage Alzheimer's because I could swear I was typing in the correct password and it wouldn't work,  eventually I decided it was a TER issue and I waited a couple of weeks to see if it would fix itself.  It didn't.   Eventually I had to create a new TER account in order to email the moderator about the problem.  They fixed it quickly and I haven't had any problems since.
