on Cityvibe, some for years. One is our own Ashley Shye from this board. I don't think they would keep advertising there unless they were getting results. Just my own take.
"CV is a glorified BP. Hate that site with a passion. It's filled with fake ads and apprehensive clients that aren't willing to be screened and have no manners whatsoever" I used CV when I first started out a couple years ago and I do somewhat agree with what she's saying. Then again, at the time I was very naive, shy and unorganized. It might be worth it now that I'm able to easily filter through bullshitters and time wasters. As long as they aren't the majority because CV from what I've seen is one of the most, if not THE most expensive sites to post on in LA.
based on the number of eyeballs they can get on the ad. They keep track of the logons/views and base rates on the traffic to the site. All advertising pretty much works the same as far as rate structure.
Really? That's awesome! I do have a twitter account and about 1500 followers but I don't really get any inquiries from anyone I try to post at least a few times a day with pictures and hashtags, all that good stuff but still not a whole lot of catches. Is there something I'm missing or accounts I should be following and/or posting on that you recommend?
I really don't think it matters which site. If you have nice pictures, provide good service and are nice and friendly, guys will find you no matter where you advertise. I check all the sites but then I come to TER to check for reviews. You also check to see who you are competing with in your market area. For example, if there is someone who looks similar to you but charges half as much as you do, you will be out of luck.
I'd humbly offer that you take LALOVER01's advice of
"For example, if there is someone who looks similar to you but charges half as much as you do, you will be out of luck" with a grain of salt - because thankfully your price point is not the most decisive issue for the most affluent PGFs (potential gentleman friends) nor is it all about your "look" to those same quality PGFs. The most respectful and affluent PGFs (again, in my own personal experience) base their enjoyment more on your authenticity and personality and charisma, rather than merely your price point and your appearance (doubly so if you are employing face-blurring in your advertisements, which I heartily recommend for all smart companions to do.)
Thank you!!!! I've heard of City Source and might just give it a go. As for Thatmall....never heard of it but I'm gonna check them out as well. I just got all new pics done so I'm trying to put myself out there Xoxo
Re: ThatMall was the first ad mall for providers in the U.S... ...Others came along and passed it by. It seems like mostly older women advertise there these days.
