Dial it in to about 1999.  Thats probably when the last remaining streewalker discovered the internet and found out she could just stay home and troll for johns on Craigslist.  Nowadays you'd probably be crying for Mr. Wizard from a jail cell if you found any "street walkers."

Perhaps exercising some rudimentary writing skills will subsequently raise you budget off the street.
