We here on TER are all familiar with the term blacklist, which in all respects is intended to safeguard providers from potentially dangerous clients. However, to me, it seems that there is no oversights on who gets put on.
What safeguards are there to stop a scorned, vindictive or even crazy and out of control provider from putting a hobbyist on such a list for no just cause other than perhaps to settle a score or to get back at a hobbyist unrelated to safety, security or well being of the provider.
Understandably, a blacklist site is a sort of sister site to TER in respect to us hobbyists reviewing providers.
I was wondering if anyone has had the experience of being put on a certain Blacklist website and what does it take to get off. I would at this point understand the use of the "alias" if you so wished...

I really want to share a recent nasty experience but let me take a long count because to protect the innocent I will need to mention names of some of the really out of control and failed excuses for human beings that tarnish the the image ,reputation and integrity of providers.
It is really important to name , shame and black list the abusers , because they need to find a different profession that does not allow them to maliciously try to control freedom of expression and deny the right of any man , in good standing , from pursuing the hobby free from the attempts of nasty , loser in lifev to deny him that right.
Mr.B310 and other experts on TER rules and guidelines experts are we allowed to post unsolicited malicious , profanity filled pms from providers to expose their evil ways.
Thing is even in the hobby world consider the messenger , I think providers know each other and can easily identify the desperate losers and morally bankrupt habitual liars and paper clowns amongst them. In a addition to that money talks , sonetimes without a sound.

HUH???? Actually this is what had me wondering...I have never seen providers other than the k-girls so I find this fascinating on who blacklisted me...I have a feeling on which specific provider it is because if it is, it would reinforce my initial impression and thoughts on that provider.
Also for me it goes to show what Harpman was talking about..You have some vindictive providers that can just blacklist you for whatever reason be it for a legitimate reason or a petty one.

herself for a K-doll. When I suggested, given that she is native born,

K-doll system she would never be mistaken for a K-girl . For this she decided to deny me the right to pursue the hobby.
Unfortunately this is kind of abuse is a disservice to those who have
a legitimate cause to black list.
These abusers should be made to pay for their irresponsible behavior. What if TER would suspend their privileges and membership in TER until they prove that they are fit to to be part of the TER family. Such action would be a welcome start towards addressing this repugnant practice.
Not suggesting I agree with the reaction, but I remember that post and didn't read it as her trying to pass herself off as a K-girl. Only a newb might have been confused within the context of the discussion and that would have been cleared up by looking at her add. I think she just chose to see the post as a guy lookig for Asian and her fitting the bill. As you say now, it's not like anybody is going to think she is Korean.
While I was notified after I posted the previously referred to comment .i have since checked the BL link contained in a previous post and I discovered that I and a few others were placed on the BL sometime earlier because we responded to thread she started attacking a hobbyist for giving her a less than stellar review and she could not deal with it.after a few days she pulled the her original post and the whole thread when she discovered it was tarnishing her already tattered reputation even more. It an act of abuse of privilage to manipulate , intimidate and even terrorizing hobbyists into submission.
Beemer and Harpman were blacklisted by a certain hyper-sensitive provider (who we all know) simply because of comments posted in a TER discussion??
That is outrageous. If this is how she runs her business, I will never book an appointment with her. And I'm sure I am not the only one who is avoiding her like the plague now that we've seen her true colors.
You had her cornered and she had no way out so her only option was to attack you via the blacklist. Sometimes its best to keep quiet and move on.
Long ago I worked @ a fast food joint and customers would give us "suggestions" for improvement. How do you think a bunch of 16 yr kids responded ?
Lessons Learned - Never fuck with fast food workers or escorts. In the end your gonna get screwed.

Please...She created her problem and for her to do what she did, speaks volumes about her professionalism in the industry. No other option? She could have apologized? Yeah..that would have been the best option but no, she chose the loser option on a simple issue that could have been resolved just like that.
By your answer, you would seem to fall into the same category..No professionalism at all. So in your case, maybe YOU should keep quiet and move on.

For your information She placed herself in a corner, by stupidly posting an abusive OP a reviewer who spent his hard earned $$$$ on her and felt duped by the dated pictures in her ad which did not reflect her current size.
It was her ad, her size and her post. This issue is one of integrity and professionalism.
What was the purpose of the abusive post targeting a client who shared his honest experience and expressed his disappointment?

She had no problem being abusive but as soon as hobbyists started questioning her wisdom she pulled her original post off of the board causing all the posts that followed to be automatically deleted.
Not satisfied with the mess she created for herself she decided to exact her revenge on a few of the posters who responded to her post by unjustly and maliciously defaming them by placing their names on the black list.

In all honesty I dont know if you can post private PM's but if it is allowed I would encourage you to name some offenders.
I know it is a two way street on hobbyists and providers and reviewing and blacklisting. I dont condone the malicious / fake reviews but then on the other side of the coin, providers who BL out of petty reasons need to be called out as well.

There are no safeguards. If you rub somebody the wrong way, and that person feels that they are justified in blacklisting you, that's just the way it is. Better not to rock the boat if and push buttons for the sake of pushing buttons. Shit like this goes down all the time. You reap what you sow.

I can deal with it. What bothers me is, that just because certain providers (yes I am talking to you), can't handle the heat on the board after being called out on something, this is how petty they can be. Life is life and it isn't fair sometimes, I can deal with it. It was something that I found interesting and wanted to bring a discussion on.
If it rocks the boat then so be it. I am sure that the other alias responding has an axe to grind but seems to want to steer the discussion in a different direction. I really don't care about being blacklisted by these particular providers as I don't partake in their services and will not in the near future. Just my preference.

Some providers have real information and guys get blacklisted all the time by their real names, addresses, phone numbers, place of employment etc. marriages and carreers and lives can be ruined by being blacklisted for some minor infraction. Now things that are worthy of blacklisting (rapists, theives, abusers, stalkers, etc) deserve to get outed and have their lives ruined. but someone who wrote a harsh review? or NCNS? or time waster?

The blacklists should be used for LE, thiefs, stalkers, abusive people, and rapists. But it is used for minor infractions as well by some ladies. And once you are on there is basically no way to get off. Also I expect this thread to get pulled, or at least the branch that started with the link. You can not post a link to a bl site on ter. When we had mods they wouldn't let that post see the light of day. Obviously the site is out there and you can find it by google, but you can not link it here!
I don't generally go to the GD board so I wouldn't know but will check it out. As far as the list, I just found it very interesting as I said and wanted to discuss.
I was wondering if there is any type of control or overseeing done on that site. Seems to me that anyone can BL anyone for any small thing as you pointed out. I am not familiar with the protocols there but here at least there are some in which both sides can dispute things.

Blacklist is obviously, something that is being used not in the sense for why it was created. Provider's there is nothing wrong with getting a low score 6, or 7 because you are not going to have chemistry with everyone & this is why I choose my playdates wisely.

A very good point. The site is NOT being used as intended. TER is by no means perfect as well but more or less it is for Hobbyists to use as a tool to help other Hobbyists in finding a provider. The same thing goes for the blacklist site. It should be used as a tool to help other providers be safe and not used in a way some providers have done.
I will state that it is the providers right to post whatever she wants on there but ultimately it will backfire or get out that provider XXX is abusing the site. Don't back yourself into a corner by using the nuclear option on something as petty as being called out on a discussion board because as I will say again, it WILL backfire on YOU.
For myself, I stand by my postings be it right or wrong. If I get blacklisted because of that by a provider then that to me says something about the provider.

Becuz of alibi to family, I always book a few days in advance, and always for the morning slot. One booker told me that such regularity smacks of LE sting. "You get horny on Mon and want apptmt on Thurs?" Now I have only 2 bookers who know me well and accommodate my horny in advance. (lol) One of the LE blacklist seems to refer to such kind of regularity.
