My question: why would you go BB with a provider? are you insane? if she does it with you she does it even with others.

That's why I like the older providers. If the rubber leaks or breaks for some reason, pregnancy can be ruled out. Getting tested is important for you and for anyone you have sex with. Pregnancy is just one of the dangers of bareback riding...and there are a slew of others.

Your story isn't completely implausible, but I'm skeptical of it anyway.

"Rather plump" isn't terribly specific.  Maybe she's not preggers at all and just got fatter since you last saw her.

Regardless, maybe she used birth control and it failed, or maybe she got pregnant on purpose with a real boyfriend/husband and, in either case, wanted to keep the kid.

But if she is knocked up, what makes you so sure that it's "Not my problem?"  Are you sterile?

This isn't true.  A US citizen can only petition for a parent after the age of 18.  So, no right to stay in the US from having a baby born here.
