My only additional advice to what others have posted is that it would be very helpful to us if you could let us know your background/history a little more. As you want to be careful, so do we. Hi ladies and gentlemen of TER. It's been about three years since I've been on here. I used to be an escort/massage girl. I worked with a booker and eventually went independent. Since I retired, I have been working as a professional in my field. However, the company I worked for went out of business a few weeks ago. First, congratulations on your new job. It's a tough economy and you're one of the fortunate ones that found something relatively quickly. Second, I think your instincts are correct, I wouldn't mess with Backpage or Craigslist (I don't think its an option anyways). Third, you mentioned you used to be an independent, why not see a couple of guys as an outcall-only indy? Just remember to thoroughly screen, etc. Given your background, consider if you really need a booker or agency. Fourth, in regards to advertising, to a certain extent you've already done that here. Why don't you post a couple of candid pics (face blurred probably) here and see what response you get? Just my 2 cents...
