I used to date an escort that had a client that had all sorts of physical problems and was wheel chair bound- not quite Steven Hawking, but close.  But he was a heck of a nice guy in his late 20's and she used to see him every couple months.  His mother would actually make the arrangements for him (talk about a cool mom), and my friend always gave her a discounted rate.

I can't tell you how much my opinion of this lady went up after hearing about all this and what she went through each time she saw him.  I know it was difficult for her because she'd still be visibly upset by the experience each time.  It wasn't the disability that got to her, it was the fact that this guy was so nice, despite the fact he'd been dealt such a shitty hand in life.  This lady wasn't the emotional type, but she'd tear up just talking about him.  Even though it was difficult for her, she always did what she could to bring a little happiness to a guy that was still young and horny, even if his body had failed him.

She's not alone in this regard.  There are some really good souls to be found in this business and you've already found several just by posting this question.   With all the topics that are discussed on this board, this is one that barely gets talked about, yet it speaks volumes about what caring and giving people these women really are.

I have no problem with anything like this. Everyone isnt perfect in this world. I would make him feel very comfortable as well as give him an expierence he won't ever forget. If not good luck and I am sure some lucky lady will make him very happy!
