Did the e-mail thing back and forth the morning of to set up for the afternoon, she does not give out her number, so make sure you listen for that phone call! I saw the same thing and couldn't believe it.  I've had well written reviews unapproved recently for lack of details.  Some consistency would be nice (as well as a quicker turnaround).
