I have been to both islands many times. I would stay in the Kihei area since the Lahaina area is not good cuz of the fires. Don't know about provider experience. I would suspect not much to choose from.
If you are wondering about available providers on those islands, Ohau is where you will find the most. The other islands might have one or two, usually ladies visiting the area.
