you would not be the first person to come to DC and then never want to leave. The fact is from everything I am hearing DC gents would probably chip in and buy ya a new condo should you wish to stay.  SOooooooo just a heads up to all my Hobby pals in LA....we might just keep Yvette here as she certainly qualifies as a National Treasure!!!

Ouch, there goes one of our natural resources being extracted by federal resident. :-)   Why if only the feds can keep their hands to themselves they could probably settle the national debt, instead they have to take resources from California.  (j/k only).

The condo's are so beautiful.  

Just looked at 2 in George Town and 1 in DuPont Circle!

I forgot how much I love the antique buildings.
The Italian Resturants.
The East Coast people, (the accents)... Lolol

You can enjoy a world buffet in DC. Some of the best international  family owned restaurants in the country are to be found here.  Wait until I introduce you to fried pickles.
