Atmospher/ Ambience - question for the gentlemen here

Hi! I have a question for the gentlemen. Though if you're a provider with feedback that came directly from a client I'm open to that to. My question is:

Please understand I'm asking this question because I constantly work on improving the service I provide and I genuinely care about my client getting the best possible experience, feeling comfortable, then relieved, deeply satisfied, and refreshed.

When it comes to ambiance / atmosphere (aside from me, my smile, my appearance, all the mysterious and beautiful little details that go into a woman's unique presence) do you care about any of the following factors? (I used to think men didn't care about these as much as women, but some recent requests I received got me thinking...)

- lighting (I believe soft warm light is best - clearly shows every detail without being too bright or jarring) Please confirm if I'm correct? And do you care at all about lighting.

- music (I generally chose a very soft, non lyrical playlist - sensual music, nothing too jarring). Anything I overlooked here? Do you care at all about music if you're being honest?

- temperature - I like to keep it just very slightly on the cool side because things will heat up.. all joking aside, with two people doing athletic sexy things the room does get warmer. So I have a bit of cool air running to counteract this. I do always check if temperature is ok but above is my default setting. Your thoughts?

- fragrance or lack of - I do not wear any strong fragrance for the privacy of my friends -- others don't need to know that he's seen me right? However I do like to have a faint scent of essential oils in the room via candles and/or essential oil room spray. Thoughts? Preferences? Do you care at all about this if you're being honest.

- Snacks and drinks on hand. For context, I always have sparkling water, still water on hand. Often I have light healthy snacks available. So far, no one cared at all about the food. They barely touch the water but seem to appreciate having it offered. Can you think of anything else I should have on hand/ offer?

Thanks in advance for your honest feedback!

I appreciate you for asking.

IMHO, simple usually works--subtle background music such as old R&B or the "Chill" channel on Pandora works great for me.

I'm a visual creature so, while I don't want operating room bright, I want to see the divine creature I'm about to engage.

Subtle on the perfume is also good. Even if the client isn't heading home to an SO, there may be coworkers or friends to whom he'd rather not have to explain the strong smell of Chanel all over him.

A moderately cool temperature makes sense given that we're about to get very physical.

Water is always welcome, especially on those hot, dry LA days.

However, my number one request--a clean, tidy and inviting incall. This seems so fundamental, yet just recently I saw one of the most stunningly beautiful women I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and I had a hard time getting over the piles of stuff everywhere, clothes spilling out of drawers, unclean bathroom, and general mess. Girl, you knew you were having company!  It sounds basic, but it matters. And to make it more unappealing, it was too warm in the overcrowded bedroom.

Hope this helps.

it is so much nicer if any body clean up if done with warm towel or cloth than just using wipes.  Much less clinical and costs nothing.

Everything was geared towards providing the most erotic encounters. Personally, every client\friend is different. Not all people have the same needs. I like to customize each meeting. No one is touching the food because you’re the snack.

You’re offering a safe space for your guests to feel comfortable. I used to ask my friends to bring a bottle to share wine, or champagne!

Concentrate on providing an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back.

That's a very thoughtful touch.

I think you got it mostly right. Lightning shouldn’t be too bright nor too dark. I want to be able to see every inch of you. But a slight dimming is more calming.

Music should be available but not on when I arrive. I think it’s important to first be able to take in each other and chat briefly before music is turned on. Once we are about to get intimate, ask. I usually like something soft in the background, if any music at all. I want to still be able to hear you and feel you can hear me.

Temperature I prefer standard room temperature. But every person is different. It’s good to ask, especially as our clothes come off.

I prefer no fragrance. I want to smell your natural skin. But you should be fresh and clean.

Snacks and drinks are not that necessary. At most, some water. Asking me in the very beginning and end if I said no in the beginning. I may or may not want it. It depends if I’m feeling dehydrated or have a dry mouth.

Nice towels. When I come out of the shower, I like a nice sized plush towel that will help me dry quickly. You’re what I’m looking forward to the most. The shower is a procedure that I want done asap so I can get to you. When I come out and there’s a small thin towel, it sets a bad tone. I now have to work extra hard to dry off because you gave me a cheap towel.

Keep your clothes on. When you answer the door, I want you dressed. When I come out of the shower, I still want you dressed. However, before I shower, it’s not a bad idea to ask me if you should change into something more comfortable. This will allow the client to let you know their preference. But I like the idea of our first kiss to be with you dressed. Let the kiss build up to DFK and roaming hands, then clothes start to come off. It makes it more of a GFE for me.

Thank you Helixir, this is super helpful. Thanks for validating my instincts were correct on only very faint essential oils or diffuser but no strong fragrance, chill R&B yes, and lights up enough to clearly see me without feeling like you're under a search light lol. Moderately cool - perfect. Water - yes. Clean neat tidy - yes to me this is a given but I appreciate you mentioning it & I'll keep up the good work in that department.

Hi Imawinner, thanks so much for this feedback. I may have forgotten to mention that in my original post but currently I get a washcloth hot/ warm as possible and bring it to client right afterwards for a pleasant 'less clinical' clean up. As well I almost always offer an optional shower on his way out. Very few take me up on it but I'm glad that I can offer. I recently ordered a little towel steamer because I thought it might be nice to have it handy right afterwards (versus me running to the bathroom although some have said that's a fun visual he he he). Again I appreciate the genuine feedback!

Thank you beautiful! I was planning to do a separate post on that but I recently got some hotel style slippers and robe like you said. It's harder to pack all this while on tour but I have started incorporating these elements in my home base of LA at least. Glad to know that you've gotten good feedback on this - helps me to know I'm on the right track. Side note dm me anytime if you ever would like to collab on anything. xoxo  Alyna

It is very beneficial for providers in any industry to collect feedback in order to improve their services. It seems like our practices are very similar, so I think you are doing a great job in creating an inviting atmosphere.

I have been told that soft lighting makes the environment more inviting and not clinical and I agree.

Haven't received much feedback for temperature or music, but my clients who really enjoy sports appreciate when I have the game playing. I suppose watching your team with a hottie between your legs isn't something one experiences often.

I consistently receive very positive compliments from clients regarding fragrance choices. I usually light a candle that has a light fragrance or a 'male' scent. My perfume is usually a light floral scent. They appreciate that the fragrances are not overpowering, but still presents a feminine vibe that apparently they do not get to enjoy often from the women around them. I've heard similar sentiments regarding women wearing pants and suits over skirts and dresses.

I always have water, but wonder if light snacks would be appreciated. Most don't seem to care about the candy jar I have. But I think it is such a nice touch that you do provide snacks.

Aaliyah this is super helpful - all of it. Just a clarification, your clients appreciate seeing you in a skirt of dress since they're often seeing women in business suits/ pants, correct? I assume that's what you meant just confirming.  The male type scents as far as candles/ the room is a great idea. About fragrance on me, I concur, I try to keep it feminine but very lightly applied. Thanks again. xo xo Alyna

I'm glad you thinks so! To answer your question, that is what I meant. I have also been told that heels and cute flats have been traded in for sneaker like shoes and 'librarian flats' (their words not mine). Their date attire is oftentimes similar to their work attire. I can confirm that from my own observations. I am sure there are men who appreciate a woman in a suit (I sure do on occasion). I imagine since my personality and how I present myself naturally is feminine, I attract gentlemen who are looking for that.

Occasionally I'll ask a provider to wear low-cut, white Converse sneakers just because they look so damned cute in them.  One lady even took to featuring herself wearing them in her ads, along with high top socks. Don't know whether it doed anything for anyone else, but it turns me on.
