Or another unusual hair color and fashion style? Ever fantasize about being with Katy Perry, Charlotte Free, Audrey Kitching, Nicole Richie, Lady Gaga...

Reason I'm asking, is because I've done it ;-) I think it suits my quirky creative personality. I imagine that's why most of these famous women have also done it. To show a bit more of their unique personality, and that they are not just paper doll cut outs.

Answer is still the same.  It's not the hair color.  It's the whole package.

A girl who is ugly isn't gonna get rejected because of her hair color.  It's gonna be because she is otherwise ugly.

A hot girl like Katy Perry is gonna look hot no matter what her hair color is.

However, it depends on the context.  Yes, I'd be with a girl with pink hair behind closed doors, but if you asked me to take her to a social event...nope.

It is very possible to get different answers regionally than nationally.

So true. Speaking of...any Katy Perry lookalike providers out there? haha

Some guys would be into it, some wouldn't care one way or another, and some wouldn't like it. Count me in the third group. I am not into "alternative styles." I have no fantasies about katy Perry, Lady Gaga or Nicole Ritchie, and am not familiar with the other two names.

But if it works for you do it. Why does it matter what we think?

Of course, I tend to only visit providers in the warm confines of their incall locations.  So then, it's the look, the service, the connection that works for me.  If I were taking said Pink Haired girl to a company function, or out on the town for what ever reason, that would be a different story.

Reminds of a story from my past.  Back in the early '90's I REALLY wanted an Acura Intergra, in this particular shade of racing green.  It was great car, but the color was really unique.  When I went to finally buy one, there were none in stock in that color.  There was however a gorgeous special edition in white.  The sales gave me advice that's stuck to this day.   "If you buy the Green Car, years from now, when you want to sell it, you'll find people who'll HATE the green, and some won't like the green, and none of them will buy it.  If, on the other hand, you buy the white car, NO ONE hates a white car."

I bought the white car and never regretted it.

Same with the Pink Hair.  Some are gonna hate it, some won't care, but you will loose bookings to blondes and brunettes.

You could always paint it white when you felt like a change ;-)

Same with hair :-D

I guess I was thinking that the city of film stars, rock stars, and all that might be more open to a more quirky type of glamour.

And I am totally down with the Pink Hair thing.  In the right setting, I bet you rock the look.  You should post a photo of it btw.

But my point was, Pink Hair starts to limit those settings.

Such a fun car. Cramped coupe, and you're right that not everyone appreciated the color. But I loved it. Too bad my next car was black because Lexus couldn't be bothered to offer more interesting choices.

Now imagine if she just had pink hair done up in a scarf like the 60's glamour ladies used to do.

Yummy

I love a beautiful woman who goees against the grain.

That's how I see things. It's her eyes that catch me, then her lips, then her face. Oh, then there's her hair. If I've already found her attractive before noticing her hair, the color of her hair isn't going to stop me, even though I tend to prefer brunettes. I thought I could never see a girl with a lot of body art, but recently, a girl with such, made a believer out of me!

I gotta appreciate a pretty woman's style. Colorful hair is very attractive.

It's all about the beauty that a confident woman exudes.I personally dislike tattoos, really do. But even then, a creative woman with tattoos can still make me stagger in my tracks.

First, I would DEFINITELY LOVE to be with a sexy pink-haired girl... well if she is into girls, anyway :)

Also, I like how you described the use of hair color as an expression of personality.  My hair is super dark and definitely suits my personality, although there have been times I added a ridiculously bright colored highlights (mostly bright RED) to my hair.

It's fun to mix it up... I love being a girl

Lastly, kudos to you for going for a dramatic color change:)   Definitely requires some "balls"

i prefer my girls to not have balls!

also, it wouldn't be able to walk by the hotel concierge desk without a call to security.

On the type of client you want to attract. If I changed my hair to an unusual color, I can bet most of my travel would disappear. Many men want discretion and you can't blend with pink hair.

If your hipster pink hair is "age appropriate" and you can pull it off with your style and vibe then its perfectly fine.  More power to you.  From a business standpoint you should consider, however, whether yours is mostly incall or outcall and whether you will be seen in public with the hobbyists. If you're meeting for a casual drink or dinner before or after, there is nothing "discreet" about pink hair and it may be uncomfortable for your client.

Hi Cameo.  Hope you've been well.

Her color doesn't matter that much to me unless it's really loud or odd.  Pink is cool.  Just the other day I was checking out a woman with pink hair.  Her hair being pink wasn't an issue.  But, I will say it's what drew my attention to her.  A hot woman with pink hair is still hot in my eyes.

I say this as a guy who has had blonde, red, green and blue hair color to varying degrees.

Curious to know too Cameo.. I feel your choice of hair color you'll always be a knock out!
Hair color to me... it's fashionable, Edgy, Crazy FUN!

I found out who does Katy Perry's hair, so I'll be soon going to see her colorist :-)

In the meantime, I'm happy to be the daughter of a hairdresser, and am doing my own fabulous color ;-)

Happy to color any gent's hair also if they want a GFE hair color appointment xoxo
